Cohere India provides ‘no question asked refund and replacement policy’ if the product is not opened or accepted at the time of delivery. Since it is food product replacement cannot be done after opening the package. Also our customers can refuse & return the product at the time of delivery if he wants to cancel the order. However if order is accepted return cannot be done.
Cohere India is liable to alter the products in case of wrong delivery or defective products.
Cohere India will not take any liability of damage product if received and accepted. So we advise you to check the products at the time of delivery so that you may not receive any transit damage product at the time delivery. If you find that the product is damage at the time of delivery then please do not accept & return it to the courier partner.
In case of online payment price of returned product will be transferred in customer’s account within 3-4 business days varies upon bank to bank.
In case you have cancelled your order, your payment will be refunded back to your bank. It will take 5-6 business days varies bank to bank.
